Mumbai: Mother sexually abused by own son; gets him killed
In a shocking incident, a 55-year-old woman Rajni got her own drug addict son, Ramcharan, killed in a Rs. 50,000 contract in Bhayander West, near Mumbai. Fed up with Ramcharan, who sexually abused her for more than six months, Rajni told her elder son Sitaram to kill him. Police found Ramcharan dead in August
On 21 August, Ramcharan was found dead with stab marks on his neck; there were tattoos of "Ramcharan" and "Rajni" on his arms. Police started investigating and released pictures of Ramcharan's body across police stations in Mumbai, Thane, Palghar, and Navi Mumbai. A woman identified the deceased on 14 September at Bhayander station, after which police went to Ramcharan's house.
Sitaram and his friends plotted Ramcharan's death
Rajni initially lied to police saying her son left home on 19 August. However, she later confessed her crime, saying Ramcharan was a habitual sexual offender. She told the investigators she couldn't bear when he sexually abused her every day and informed Sitaram about the same. Sitaram and his friends, Rakesh and Keshav, killed Ramcharan and left his body in a water-filled quarry.
