June 10 is celebrated as World Gin Day and we believe that it is the perfect excuse to chug on some invigorating gin-based cocktails. So to make your day more memorable, we have curated a list featuring five refreshing cocktails that will have you marking this occasion on a flavorsome note. Keep your 'gin' up and try them out!
Pomegranate cocktail
This cocktail is surely going to make your day special with its flavor, aroma, and appeal. Mix about 60 ml of gin, 20 ml of Martini Bianco, a handful of fresh pomegranate seeds, one egg white, and some tonic water in a cocktail shaker. Top it with ice cubes, shake well, and pour it into a highball glass.
Lemon and thyme cocktail
You first need to soak some thyme in water overnight to make a decoction. Now grab a cocktail glass and add about 60 ml of gin, pear scoops, 30 ml of lemon juice, 60 ml of sugar syrup, some tonic water, and a few ice cubes. Mix it well. Add the thyme decoction and stir well. And it's ready for you to sip.
Litchi cocktail
It is very simple to make a litchi cocktail and you will only need two easily-available ingredients. The first step is to combine gin and litchi juice into a mixing glass. Stir well so that both the solutions blend in nicely and then strain it over some crushed ice. Pour into a cocktail glass and serve.

Mix 20 ml of gin, 20 ml of brandy, 20 ml of rum, 40 ml of orange juice, 20 ml of lemon juice, and 15 ml of almond syrup in a cocktail shaker. Add a few ice cubes, shake well, and then pour over 5 ml of sherry into a tall cocktail glass. Give it a nice stir and serve.
Japanese berry cocktail
To make this Japanese berry cocktail, you need to mix 60 ml of gin, 20 ml of Martini Bianco, 15 ml of lemon juice, two to three basil leaves, 10 ml of berry puree, and 10 ml of pineapple juice in a cocktail shaker. Once done, pour the concoction in a martini glass, add some ice cubes, and garnish with raspberry tuile.
