TikToker books an Airbnb, accidentally reserves an entire hotel
A TikToker named Jas booked an entire hotel in Bali for a week mistakingly. She claims that she intended to reserve a single Airbnb but accidentally booked the hotel for about $3,000 (Rs. 2,45,000) a week instead. Jas who works as a social media manager (as per her bio), posted a video on TikTok, sharing her story of booking the property for her family.
The property was booked a year in advance
Jas said in the video that she booked the place for seven individuals "a year in advance" for a family getaway. She claimed that she gave her grandparents the chance to select the location. However, she added that she was worried her reservation might be canceled or increased in price because she had paid a lower price.
New management in charge of the property
Jas said in the video that she spoke with the property owner a week before her vacation and discovered that a new management is running the property. The owner informed her that the pricing, rooms, and amenities had all been altered since her initial reservation. They were amazed at the cheaper booking amount and wondered how she secured such a deal.
The owner informed her about more guests joining them
On reaching the destination, the property host told her that more guests will be joining them since she got it for a "special rate." Jas objected to the owner. "I just booked it. No one explained that there were going be other people staying here," she said in the video. She stated that the owner canceled the other guest's reservation after understanding her concern.
Huge property but a small hotel
Talking about the villa, she said, "It's a huge f-king villa, but a small hotel." She further gave a glimpse of the hotel she stayed in and said towards the end that she and her family were able to keep the villa to themselves. According to her, the place had about 12 bedrooms, a full-time bartender, a kitchen, a chef, and a restaurant.
