Not changing pillow covers regularly

These pollutants have the potential to block pores over time and cause acne outbreaks. It is thus recommended to change your pillowcases every week and use satin covers.
Sleeping with makeup on
Your skin may suffer if you don't clean your face and take off your makeup before bed. Makeup can block pores, causing them to produce more sebum and acne to develop. Your skin will be unable to breathe with makeup. Make sure to include mild washing in your nighttime skincare routine so that your skin can breathe and repair itself while you sleep.
