Lemon cake
Grease a baking pan. Beat sugar and butter in a mixing bowl until light and fluffy, beat in eggs and vanilla extract. Sift flour and baking powder in a separate bowl, and then add to creamed mixture. Add milk, lemon juice, lemon zest, and mix for a smooth batter. Transfer the batter into a baking pan and bake for about 35-40 minutes.
Chickpeas and lemon salad
Coat the chickpeas with olive oil, garlic, cumin, chili powder, and turmeric and toss. Roast in an oven until crispy. Season broccolini with olive oil and sea salt. In a grill pan, char the broccolini along with halved lemons. For the dressing, squeeze the charred lemon juice into some olive oil. Add mint, spring onions, salt, and pepper. Pour dressing on broccolini and chickpeas.
Lemon cookies
Preheat your oven to 175 degree Celsius. Take cake mix, butter, cereal, and eggs and make a dough. Make small balls from it. Place each ball wide apart on an ungreased cookie sheet. Bake until the cookies turn golden brown. Let the cookies cool a bit and then transfer them to a wire rack to let them cool completely.
Broccoli risotto in lemon and cream
Heat olive oil and butter. Add onions and garlic let them cook a bit. Now add the rice, toss and then add some white wine and lemon juice. Wait for the wine to evaporate completely before adding the chicken broth. Repeat this process twice while stirring continuously. Add cream, and cook for five minutes. Add broccoli, chives, and Parmesan cheese. Season to taste.
Lemony chicken wings
Preheat your oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Mix all-purpose flour, salt, pepper, and chili powder together and coat the chicken wings with it. Cook for 15 minutes. Now take some soy sauce, olive oil, lemon juice, lemon zest, and garlic. Coat both sides of the chicken wings with the above sauce and cook for another 20-25 minutes. Now dig in!
