Spicy aloo tikki
Spicy aloo tikki is an eternal favorite among North Indians. Dry roast cumin seeds, black peppercorn, coriander seeds and grind them. Mash potatoes and peas, add ginger paste, fried onions to it, and mix well. Add salt, ground spices, red chili powder, green chili, coriander leaves, maida, and mix again. Make round tikki balls. Refrigerate for 30 minutes and pan-fry the tikkis. Enjoy!

Drain, rinse and dry the chickpeas well and mix them with olive oil, cayenne pepper, salt, chili powder, and cumin powder. Roast the chickpeas for 15-20 minutes. Give them a shake and roast for another 15-20 minutes until golden brown.

Melt some butter with garlic powder and brush the bread slices evenly with the mixture. Bake the bread slices for 10 minutes.
