Plants that you can grow well in red soil

Bougainvillea

However, they are fast growers and can become overgrown if not controlled. It grows well in full sun. In exceptionally hot weather, it might be helpful to have some afternoon shade.
Aster
Aster flowers thrive in well-drained soil like red soil and they aren't just beautiful but even offer medicinal uses. They favor climates with cool, wet summers, as well as partial to full sunlight.
