Chili paneer
Chili panner is an Indo-Chinese dish that is infused with flavorful sauces and aromatic spices. Combine paneer with cornflour, wheat flour, black pepper, salt, and water. Deep-fry the paneer and keep aside. Add ginger, garlic, green chilies, onions, red and green bell peppers in a pan and saute well. Add the fried paneer, soya sauce, vinegar, red chili sauce, and mix everything well. Enjoy.
Kadai paneer
Heat oil and saute chopped onions. Add red chili powder, ginger-garlic paste, tomatoes, and saute well. Add crushed powder mix of red chili, coriander seeds, green cardamom, tomato puree, and mix well. Then, add chopped capsicum, salt, dried fenugreek leaves, water and cook well. Add the paneer cubes and cook for some time. Garnish with some fresh cream and serve hot with butter naan.
Paneer pakora
