When you do this exercise for one hour, you can burn around 560 calories. So grab a skipping rope and start jumping your way to fitness.
Burpees
This is a super effective exercise for burning fat and getting fit indoors. Start by placing your hands on the ground and getting into a push-up position. Lower your body for a push-up and then quickly jump back into a squat position. From there, perform a jumping jack, and then return to the initial position. Aim to complete a set of 10 burpees.
