During the rainy season, your body is prone to catching diseases and infections.
Since most of these infections are water-borne, make sure that you drink only filtered and boiled water.
Street food should be completely off the menu.
Also make sure to wash your veggies and fruits before eating.
Additionally, include immunity-boosting foods such as garlic, ginger, turmeric, mushrooms, citrus fruits in your diet.

Regularly empty any standing water in your coolers. Keep refilling.
Keep your dustbins, containers well covered.
