Invest a few extra minutes of your day in preparing your own rolls and relish every bite.
Bread roll
Boil potatoes and mash them. Add chopped coriander, red chili powder, amchur powder, salt, and some boiled peas. Cut off the sides of a slice of bread, sprinkle water, and press it lightly. Now, add some of the prepared stuffing to the bread slice and shape as desired, and seal well. You can either deep fry, air fry, or shallow fry until golden brown.
Vegetable spring roll
Heat oil in a wok and stir-fry some onions and garlic until soft. Add shredded cabbage, carrots, spring onions, soy sauce, salt, pepper, and flour slurry and cook on high heat. Take a spring roll sheet and add a little filling on one corner. Roll it tightly and seal using some flour paste. Deep fry the rolls and serve hot.
Paneer tikka roll
In a large bowl, mix yogurt, salt, red chili powder, coriander powder, ginger-garlic paste, garam masala, kasoori methi, lemon juice, and besan. Add paneer cubes, capsicum, onion, chaat masala, and oil and marinate for 30 minutes. Put paneer cubes, capsicum, and onion on skewers and grill till done. Make a parantha, fill it with the paneer tikka, onions, and capsicum and prepare the rolls.
Mushroom bhurji roll
Make a dough with flour, cornflour, baking soda, and butter. Make rotis out of this. Saute onions, garlic, ginger, and tomatoes in a pan. Add coriander-cumin powder, pav bhaji masala, and kasoori methi and mix. Add chopped mushrooms, some salt, and cook well. Add a little cream and mix. Now place this filling in the roti and roll it up.
Egg roll
Make a paratha and set it aside. In a bowl, whisk eggs, coriander leaves, salt, pepper, and red chili powder. Pour this on a greased pan and press down the paratha. Once cooked, remove from heat. Add chopped onions, cucumbers, green chilies, tomato ketchup, and mustard sauce to the egg paratha, squeeze a little lemon juice and roll it up.
