    Face mask

    Revitalizing oatmeal face mask

    Known for its soothing properties, oatmeal makes an excellent face mask.

    Mix two tablespoons of oatmeal with one tablespoon of honey and a splash of milk to make a paste.

    Apply the mixture on your face (avoiding eyes) and let it sit for about 15 minutes before rinsing with warm water.

    This mask calms your irritated skin and provides gentle exfoliation.

    Hair treatment

    Nourishing avocado hair treatment

    Avocado is loaded with healthy fats and vitamins that nourish hair deeply.

    For this treatment, mash one ripe avocado and mix it with two tablespoons of olive oil until smooth.

    Apply the mixture evenly through damp hair from roots to tips, cover with shower cap, and let it sit for twenty minutes before washing out thoroughly with shampoo.

    Invigorating coffee body scrub

    Coffee grounds are an excellent exfoliant, thanks to their texture and caffeine content that stimulates blood flow when applied topically.

    Simply mix half a cup of coffee grounds with one-quarter cup of coconut oil until well combined; add sugar if desired for extra exfoliation power.

    Use this scrub during your shower by massaging onto damp skin in circular motions before rinsing off completely—leaving you feeling refreshed.
