He keeps containers and receipts as proof, sorted by year. Despite this unusual diet, Gorske has good blood sugar and cholesterol levels and walks six miles daily to stay healthy.

In January 2012, one American Patrick Bertoletti clinched the record for most garlic cloves eaten within a minute. Now, garlic cloves are no joke - they are known for their intense taste. But Bertoletti defied all odds and ate a total of 36 garlic cloves within just one minute! With the combined skills of 60 talented chefs at Chennai's Sarvana Bhavan restaurant, an incredible 100-foot dosa was brought to life, setting a record for the longest ever prepared. They stirred it up using a whopping 37.5 kg of batter. As for the platform they cooked it on, they went all out and designed a giant 105-foot pan just for the culinary masterpiece.
Largest ever serving of khichdi ever prepared
The Himachal Pradesh Tourism Department, along with the Durga Devi Behari Lal Charitable Trust in Shimla, holds the record for serving the largest-ever khichdi, weighing up to a whopping 1995 kg. A 7x4 feet cooking pot was used to cook this massive treat that was served to devotees on Makar Sankranti, a Hindu festival dedicated to the Sun God.
