To achieve a superhero-kind of look in Brahmastra, Kapoor's fitness trainer Kunal Gir shared in an interview that the actor savored five meals a day to gain mass. He also practiced some popular Indian martial arts like Kalaripayattu, Huyen Langlon, and Varma Kalai. At the gym, the star did full-body and functional training for that six-pack tease.
'Animal': The actor is bulking up to look wild
Animal is Kapoor's most-anticipated film of 2023 and if we are to go by reports, he is beefing up for his character. According to Shivoham, his celebrity fitness trainer, the actor does warm-up exercises and then moves on to mobility and injury prevention drills. Later, he indulges in weight training for 60 to 70 minutes and ends with 10 minutes of core training.

For Sanju, Kapoor was required to achieve a muscular and broad look similar to Sanjay Dutt's, for which he had to undergo an intense workout. Per reports, the actor engaged in a DIPS workout that focused on building his shoulders, chest, arms, and back. This regimen helped him increase his upper body size and strength. Additionally, he gained around 15 kg in six months.
'Shamshera': Kapoor underwent a body transformation
In Shamshera, the Bollywood heartthrob had to let go of his lean physique for a more bulked-up appearance. For this, the actor underwent a physical transformation as he did a rigorous workout five days a week and a few breathing exercises to get rid of the stress. He followed a high-protein and low-carb diet to further ace his muscular look.
