And for this, the actor underwent a physical transformation to increase her stamina, endurance, flexibility, and core strength. Two months before the shoot, she indulged in acrobat training and used to devote 10 hours daily just exercising and rehearsing her dance moves.

Taking to Instagram, Kaif once shared a video in which she could be seen training for a power-packed action sequence. "It's Not the size of the person that matters in the fight....it's the size of the fight in the person training for action," she captioned the video that also featured Hollywood action choreographer Tom Struthers. 'Thugs of Hindostan': Kaif changed her workout thrice during shooting
Per reports, during the shoot of Thugs of Hindostan, Kaif had to change her workout thrice as it involved intensive dance steps and subsequent rehearsals. She did a lot of Pilates and devoted the remaining time to rehearsals instead of her other workouts. The actor also did a 20-20-20 workout, allocating 20 minutes each on the upper body, legs, and core.
'Baar Baar Dekho': Her physique was an 'abs-olute' visual treat
Kaif trained with celebrity fitness trainer Yasmin Karachiwala to look super toned and flexible in Baar Baar Dekho. As per her, the actor's abs were a combination of cardio and Pilates. "I keep changing what she needs to do depending on the look that she's giving. But these abs are definitely because of her combination of pilates and cardio," told Karachiwala to Bollywoodlife.
