Aaryan gained about 14 kgs for his movie Freddy. The actor even posted his transformation pictures on his Instagram handle, where he shared that Freddy put him "under a lot of physical strain and sleepless nights." Samir Jaura who trained Aaryan for the transformation shared that the actor was able to gain so much due to disciplined, tailor-made workouts and the right diet.
