'Fighter': Roshan to 'abs-olutely' turn up the heat in 2024
Fighter is one of the most-anticipated films of 2024 and so is Roshan's chiseled appearance as an air force officer. Per reports, the actor went through a physical transformation to flaunt his washboard abs as he amped up his five-day-a-week workout schedule with a host of intense cardio and weight-training exercises. Reportedly, he was put on a 4,000-calories-per-day diet.
'Bang Bang': Rigorous workout gave him an athletic look
As per Healthy Celeb, Roshan's then nutritionist Marika Johansson included six small meals into his diet. To offer enough nutrition for his well-executed body, she also included nutrient-dense foods like fish, egg whites, protein muffins, healthy meatballs, and whey protein. His training sessions were rigorous during the shoot comprising exercises for four days a week, with two daily workout sessions.
'Vikram Vedha': He underwent 3 body transformations for his role
Roshan had three different ages of Vedha's life to portray in Vikram Vedha. Therefore, his body had to be designed in that manner. Per reports, he had to be sharper, leaner, and then slightly more bulky. For this, his fitness trainer Swapneel Hazare had to switch from one workout to another with little time to make changes. Mobility exercises and stretching remained consistent.
'Krrish': The actor did a combination of exercise formats
According to sources, to achieve his heroic physique, Roshan followed a combination of weight training, cardiovascular exercise, and a balanced diet. The actor under his fitness trainer's guidance focused on two body parts at a time during workout sessions and made sure to complete at least 10,000 steps daily. They also engaged in cardio exercises like cycling, swimming, etc.
