Kaushal trains hard for each character he plays
Despite spending prolonged hours on the sets, Kaushal manages to find time for his fitness. And as per reports, his workout is intense and not for the faint-hearted. He regularly runs on a treadmill for 15 to 20 minutes which helps him kick-start his system and gear up for the main exercises. For every role he dons, he trains differently.
He swears by his morning routine
Wondering where he gets those teasing six-pack abs from? Well, he makes them at the gym! Per reports, the actor swears by his morning routine which is to never miss a day at the gym and do a combination of different workouts. He begins with cardio and then indulges in heavy deadlifts, sit-ups, bench presses, battle rope training, pull-ups, and so much more.

The actor likes to mix and match different workout styles
