Happy birthday, Sunny Singh! Here's how 'Adipurush' actor stays fit
Sunny Singh sure knows how to keep his game on the top - whether it's his onscreen performance or his workout routine. The actor, who was last seen as Lakshmana in Adipurush, is a fitness inspiration for several young lads, for he is dedicated to his health and wellness even during his jam-packed schedule. On his birthday, let's delve deeper into his fitness secrets.
Singh believes in a hardcore workout using his body weight
Singh's beefy body which looks like a work of art is not a result of wishful thinking. The actor, admittedly, says that he likes to keep his workout sessions intense and hardcore. Talking to Asianet Newsable, the star revealed, "I'll put on some music and work out for two-three hours a day. I believe in a hardcore workout using my body weight."
Beefing up like a pro!
His favorite bit is to perform handstands
While many still try to pull off a handstand, Singh is a pro at it as he shares that it is his favorite part of the workout. "I really like doing it and with time I am getting better and better at it," he said during the same conversation. Besides that, the actor also enjoys pull-ups and the traditional squat workout Dand Baithak.
The dreamboat focuses on one body part daily
Singh, despite keeping his fitness sessions sweaty and energetic, likes to focus on one body part at a time. Additionally, to cut down on monotony, he keeps switching from one workout form to another. For instance, on some days he even does yoga and Zumba. "I keep switching things as constantly changing your workout routine keeps the body guessing," he told Asianet Newsable.
Singh believes in the adage 'You are what you eat'
When it comes to fitness, Singh doesn't underestimate what and how much he eats. "As we've heard this popular quote, 'You are what you eat,' and when you choose the correct diet and workout for yourself according to what your body needs, you'll always be motivated and get going," stated the actor during his interaction with Koimoi.
