Leone is very strict and disciplined about her workout regimen
If it is about fitness, Leone leaves no stone unturned to indulge in it. It is known that the actor manages to find time for her workouts and doesn't like to miss out on them even when she is traveling or spending several hours on the sets. She performs a host of stretches to warm up and then does a combination of exercises.
From weight training to yoga, Leone does it all
In her warm-up session, Leone does some neck stretches and head bends. She then performs squats, front kicks, high knees, lunges, squat punches, abs crunch, abs cycle, abs superman, planks, bridge up, and other exercises. The Jism 2 lead also does weight training and on days she is not doing that, she finds a balance of peace and adrenaline rush through yoga.
She starts her day with fresh coconut water
The first thing that Leone likes to consume in the morning is a glass of fresh coconut water. On certain days, she replaces it with a glass of lemon water. The Punjabi woman also includes raw vegetable and fruit juices in her daily diet. "I am an early riser and after my breakfast I workout every morning," she had disclosed during an interview.

For breakfast, Leone enjoys apple cinnamon oatmeal or cinnamon-brown sugar oatmeal. When it's time for lunch, she indulges in fresh veggies seasoned with vinegar, black pepper, oil, and salt. Her dinner scenes are typically the same as her lunch, however, she sometimes also savors some other vegan foods. Cheat days? Well, Leone has them often and she eats what and when she feels like.
