For Shetty Kundra, breakfast is the most important meal
Breakfast is the most important meal for the actor as she believes that it has the power to influence her entire day. She practices clean and healthy eating and never gives it a miss. "If you don't break your fast you are not doing good to your brain and body. I like to keep it simple and quick," she told Times of India.
'Eat food that keeps you full,' advises the actor
Another thing that keeps her in fine fettle is the fact that she never starves herself. She believes in consuming a balanced diet and savoring foods that keep her full and help her maintain her overall body weight. "You have to add foods in your diet that keep you full, maintain your weight, and give you a natural glow," says Shetty Kundra.

According to Fabbon, Shetty Kundra begins her day with a glass of lukewarm water with four drops of noni juice. Her preferred breakfast is muesli with fruits and almond milk. For lunch, she enjoys brown rice, chicken/fish, salad, roti, dal, and sabzi. She prefers two eggs or a vegetable sandwich for mid-day snacks. Her dinner typically includes soup, grilled foods, dal, and sabzi.
The 'Hungama 2' star loves to do yoga
Shetty Kundra is well-known for her love of yoga and it is a key element in her workout routine. "Yoga adds years to your life and life to your years," she captioned one of her posts on Instagram. She has also launched 'Shilpa Shetty Fitness App,' to help people learn more about yoga, diet, and nutrition.

"I joined yoga to heal myself when I suffered cervical spondylitis. I started practicing Ashtanga Yoga and I wanted to learn more about different forms of yoga. So, I did Vinyasa and now I've started doing Bihar School of Yoga," she told Fabbon.

During her pregnancy, Shetty Kundra gained about 40 kilograms. However, she got back to a healthy state by practicing a few simple exercises. Per Fabbon's reports, the Life in a... Metro actor indulged in cycling, walking, yoga, pranayam, and meditation, for starters. She also increased her workout intensity and did cardio, strength training, and HIIT exercises.
