Dogra does a combination of cardio and weight training
Dogra is a workout freak and urges people to adopt a healthy lifestyle. In an interview with Telly Chakkar, she said, "I love working out and constantly challenge myself physically. I would advise everybody to start with any form of workout which they can love and sustain." The actor does a 45-minute workout daily that involves cardio and weight training.
The actor is regular with her fitness routine
Dogra makes sure she is sticking to her fitness plan no matter what. Even when she is shooting for a serial or a film, she finds time to exercise in between to meet her body goals. "I have devised a new workout routine to exercise in-between shots or dance when I am done with from shoot," she told the Times of India.
The star on her fitness-related strengths and weaknesses
In an interview, Dogra once revealed that her upper body, including her arms, torso, and back, are her biggest strengths when it comes to fitness. "They are mostly fit, even with little exercise the result shows," she mentioned. However, she has to work out extra for her lower body. She has to follow a disciplined routine to shed the extra weight in her legs.
She sticks to home-cooked Indian food, eats 6 meals daily
In the same conversation, Dogra revealed her love for home-cooked Indian food. "No matter what, I make sure that I stick to normal home-cooked Indian food," she stated. Additionally, she enjoys six meals a day and doesn't believe in starving as a way to stay thin. "I eat small meals from time to time," she shared with the TOI.
