    As he turns 39 today, let us take a look at his best-kept secrets that even you can incorporate into your daily lifestyle.

    Fitness

    Daggubati hits the gym twice a day

    Per sources, Daggubati works out two times a day. In general, he rises early and exercises for at least 30 minutes in the morning and an hour at night.

    His routine mainly includes cardio and a couple of exercises for his abs and strength maintenance. He lifts weights and performs push-ups as well.

    This amps up his stamina and muscle mass.

    The South superstar shares a love for boxing since childhood, which is why he is still quite passionate about it and includes it in his fitness routine.

    Additionally, he also enjoys martial arts and attends sessions whenever possible amid his overwhelming shooting and traveling schedules.

    For breakfast, Rana eats foods high in carbohydrates. He has a large bowl of oatmeal with nuts as his first meal.

    Next, he takes eight egg whites with vegetables and five slices of brown bread. He usually eats papaya or watermelon for breakfast, along with some other fruits.

    He eats a lot of proteins and greens for lunch. His dinner usually includes salads.

    Daggubati prefers having two snacking sessions to avoid hunger pangs pre and post-meals.

    According to reports, he eats some fresh fruit and a protein shake at 11:00 am and eats four slices of brown bread and four bananas in the evening before beginning his next workout.

    He steers clear of smoking and drinking. The actor also doesn't prefer eating sugary and processed treats.
