Now that's an age-defying physique!
Dev follows his fitness routine besides hitting the gym
When not in the gym, the actor still manages to keep up with his fitness routine that he invented during the COVID-19 lockdown. "My workout is simple. First is using the stairs as an exercise. I do 10 rounds of climbing 22 floors at a balanced steady pace. If you climb stairs in an excessive hurry you may injure your knees," he told Cosmopolitan.
Here's what he does more
Besides using the stairs, the actor performs various isometric exercises using stretch bands. For this, he doesn't prefer using any weights. This helps him not only tone his body but also lose stress.
The 'Torbaaz' hero starts his day with lukewarm water
Per sources, Dev begins his morning with a glass of lukewarm water with apple cider vinegar. Throughout the day, he makes sure he is drinking at least eight to 10 glasses of water. This helps him get rid of toxins from his body. Additionally, he prefers eating home-cooked food and is very mindful about his portion sizes. He never consumes water in between meals.
He loves smoothies, nuts, and organic cacao
Another contributing factor to Dev's age-defying physique is his choice of foods. As per News18, the actor loves smoothies and consumes them daily. He also likes to eat a variety of nuts and dry fruits like almonds and dates and is also fond of organic cacao powder. The Asoka actor steers clear of protein shakes and supplements unless advised by his nutritionist.
