The actor does a combination of cardio and weight training
Babu is known for his rigorous workouts which are mainly a combination of cardio, weight training, and functional training. He does a host of exercises including cycling, running, swimming, weight lifting, box jumping, and yoga that help improve his strength and flexibility. During an interview with Hindustan Times, Babu's trainer Minash Gabriel revealed that the actor is "aging backward" and follows a cardio routine "that involves anaerobic variants and most importantly Zone 2 training." For the uninitiated, Zone 2 training strengthens cardiovascular health. It involves exercising at an intensity that stimulates your cells' adenosine triphosphate (ATP). ATP fuels and restores the cells with oxygen and energy.

He savors a diet replete with proteins, carbs, and fats
According to sources, the Businessman actor follows a diet that is rich in proteins, carbs, and fats. He loves to savor lean meats, fish, eggs, oats, chicken, quinoa, brown rice, vegetables, fruits, nuts, and seeds. A lover of home-cooked foods, the superstar avoids junk and processed offerings at all costs. Per reports, he has five-six meals a day, two of which include supplement shakes.

He also consumes two-three liters of water daily.
