During an interview with Vogue, she said, "Depending on where I'm staying, I try to find a gym nearby. I mainly go for weight training with exercises I can do on my own." Have smaller portions every two hours." She loves eating salads, sips on two cups of green tea daily, prefers having a light meal for dinner, and strictly avoids eating junk food.
'I sometimes like having dates, it gives you instant energy'
Sanon told Vogue that she loves eating dates sometimes as it gives her immense energy during the day. This helps her with her fitness as well as good skin since they are loaded with fiber and anti-aging properties. Per reports, she also keeps a box full of nuts and dry fruits with her at all times to prevent starving and indulging in unhealthy foods.
