She loves dancing and includes it in her workout routine

She enjoys green vegetables, organic proteins
Lopez's green veggies intake is quite huge! "We eat a lot of green vegetables, asparagus, Brussels sprouts, broccoli, and kale," she told HELLO. Other than that, she also savors organic proteins and enjoys veggie-packed salads. If sources are to be believed, she loves broccoli, peppers, and zucchini with a drizzle of vinaigrette on top. For dinner, it's usually quinoa on the menu for her.
