During an interaction with Glamour, Lawrence admitted that she hates exercising and wants to "punch people" who say that they love to. However, she quickly added that it's also "nice being in shape for a movie because they do it all for you. It's like here's your trainer. This is what you can eat." She doesn't diet because she "can't work" when she's hungry.
She keeps her workout short and changes often
Per reports, the actor keeps changing her workout routines based on the character she is playing in a certain film. She usually focuses on bodyweight exercises and includes sprints, track drills, medicine ball, and agility drills in her format. When hitting the gym, she also uses stationary bikes. Else, she is quite regular with her running sessions in the morning.

On Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, the diva focuses on agility and performs exercises like jump squats, push-ups, side planks, lateral lunges, walking lunges, and stationary bike. Whereas on Tuesdays and Thursdays, she does side-to-side steps, sprints, grapevines, and stair jumps. She always begins with a warm-up session and indulges in various body stretch activities. Lawrence gives her body a break on Saturdays and Sundays.
The actor loves food and doesn't believe in dieting
Lawrence is one actor who loves food and satiates her cravings often, for she doesn't believe in dieting. However, despite that, she ensures she's eating healthy and fresh food to prevent negating her efforts at the gym. For snacks, she usually prefers fruits, Greek yogurt, veggies, and hummus. She is a total coffee person and also enjoys peanut butter.
