She once took to Instagram to reveal that Chakrasana is one pose she does daily as it's slowly and steadily helping her achieve a more powerful version of herself.

The actor also performs weight training, once lifted 204 kg
Weight training is another workout that Qureshi loves to practice.
She once did a leg press, the video of which she shared on social media. "Was training legs today. Hardest and heaviest I had ever done. So this is 5 plates on each side which means 450 pounds or 204 kg. Never thought I would be able to do this," she captioned it.
Diet

Per sources, Qureshi savors oatmeal, apple, and chopped dates for breakfast.
Her lunch scenes usually include a salad with a dressing of Greek yogurt, grilled/sauteed/stir-fried vegetables, and about 100 gm tandoori/barbecued/grilled chicken.
More often than not, she prefers having homemade vegetable soup and chicken/fish for dinner.
For snacks, she loves eggs and mushrooms.
