According to sources, Randhawa's fitness sessions at the gym last for about 45 to 60 minutes. He does a combination of cardio and strength training exercises including push-ups, pull-ups, etc. Not only that, the Morni Banke singer told Hindustan Times that he also indulges in rigorous training on an empty stomach and then relishes a healthy meal after it.

Although Randhawa is a true gourmand at heart, he makes healthy choices by steering clear of junk food and desserts. His favorite dishes include fish, pasta, dal, and roti.
