Happy birthday, Arjan Bajwa! Here's how he looks super fit
Arjan Bajwa is a handsome mix of talent and appeal as he is known for both his impressive onscreen performance and looks. The Fashion actor follows a disciplined lifestyle with an engaging workout routine and healthy food choices that he rarely misses out on. As he turns a year older (and dapper!) today, let's find out his best-kept secrets to an age-defying appearance.
Bajwa works out 5 times a week
During an interaction with the Times of India, Bajwa revealed that he performs his workout routine at least five times a week depending on his work schedule. Even when he is shooting outdoors, he manages to squeeze out some time from his set and goes for a run. The actor is known to shed weight faster, so he balances it with weight training.
He enjoys playing badminton, has a black belt in Taekwondo
The Rustom antagonist does more weight training (a session lasting for 45-50 minutes) and less cardio to achieve his desired fitness goals. And as for his lost cardio routine, he practices Taekwondo. He holds a black belt in it! He also stated that he enjoys playing badminton, volleyball, and table tennis to amp up his fitness sessions or when he is free.
Just the right kind of 'kick' we need for fitness!
The 'Crook' stud is strict with his diet
Diet plays a massive role in keeping Bajwa toned and trimmed. As per what he shared with the Times of India, he follows a "non-oily, non-spicy food" diet that is also free of excess salt. He eats four to five meals a day and is pretty mindful about the portion sizes. The actor avoids carbs and heavy foods as much as possible.
The actor starts his day with a cup of coffee
The dreamboat, during a conversation with Rediff, shared that he starts his day with a cup of coffee. A bowl of muesli and fresh fruit juice are his go-to breakfast options. However, on certain days he also prefers toast, boiled/half-fried eggs, and a cup of tea. He keeps his dinner scenes light by savoring soups and salads. This helps him sleep well too.
Parathas and pastas are his Sunday favorites
For Bajwa, Sunday is one day of the week when he likes to forget about his diet. Per a report by Rediff, he stuffs himself with "sinfully rich parathas and pastas." "It is the one day I stuff myself and don't worry about how my face will look the next morning," he added to his statement. He often orders from Subway, mentions the report.
