American tech entrepreneur and millionnaire Bryan Johnson, 45, is on a journey to reverse age and look youthful. To achieve the same, he recently transfused himself with the blood plasma of his 17-year-old son. Now the latest update is on his bizarre dinner timing. He revealed that he eats his dinner at 11:00 am in the quest to achieve an 18-year-old's physique.

Johnson is the founder and creator of the companies Braintree, which deals with payment processing, and Kernel, a neurotechnology company. Johnson eats his final meal by 11 am
A Twitter user asked Johnson if the report regarding his eating regimen is accurate and supplied a screenshot from the website of his health routine project Blueprint. The business tycoon shocked his fans by claiming that the information is true. "My final meal of the day is at 11 a.m. I eat between 6 - 11 a.m.," the millionaire replied.
His daily dietary routines
Per reports, Johnson eats strategically in the five-hour period. He consumes three meals within the time frame, starting with a super veggie salad, followed by a nutty pudding, and a third meal that can range from a stuffed sweet potato to an orange and fennel salad. He also begins his day with a "green giant" smoothie packed with ingredients like collagen, spermidine, and creatine.
He follows a strict routine
Johnson practices "time-restricted eating," sometimes known as "intermittent fasting," which entails packing meals into a window to make room for extended periods of digestive rest. Additionally, he follows a rigorous vegan diet consisting of 1,977 calories per day, a one-hour exercise routine, high-intensity workouts three times a week, and a regular bedtime. He is constantly tested and checked on his bodily movements.
