A snack to have with your evening tea, this tasty Hyderabadi toast will satiate your hunger. Take mashed potatoes in a bowl. Add pepper, red chili powder, salt, turmeric powder, coriander leaves, and chaat masala and mix well. Dip bread pieces in maida-water slurry and deep-fry them. Spread green and tamarind chutneys over the bread. Add the potato mixture, garnish with sev, and serve.
Shami kebab
In a ghee-greased pressure cooker, saute mace, cinnamon stick, green cardamoms, brown cardamom, cloves, and black peppercorns. Add mutton keema, red chili powder, and salt, and cook. Add soaked chana dal and water and pressure cook again. Grind the mixture and refrigerate. Add lime juice, onion, and green chili, mix, and make small balls. Refrigerate them again. Shallow-fry the kebabs in ghee. Serve hot.

Combine maida, milk, sugar, salt, and curd and prepare a soft dough.
