Is your partner someone who frequently overthinks? Well, there are certain things you can do to support them. Overthinkers have distinctive personality traits that set them apart, yet it can occasionally be difficult to love one. Here are some encouraging words that you can use to support your significant other before they jump onto a never-ending trail of thoughts.
Reassure them
Your partner may worry excessively and consider the worst-case scenarios because they overthink circumstances. Show your love and care often even if they know you love them. Say things like "I am here for you, no matter what" or "Whatever it may be, we will face it together." Similarly, remind them that you don't hate them even if you both get into a disagreement.
Compliment them
It can be immensely motivating to remind your partner of their prior accomplishments and successes. Say, "Consider all the challenges you have already overcome.
