The many benefits when PF account linked to Aadhaar
In August, the EPFO made Aadhaar compulsory for enrolment. "In future, if one has Aadhaar, the account will be transferred without any application if the worker goes anywhere in the country," chief PF commissioner VP Joy had said. Earlier, it had launched an initiative to allow citizens to submit their claims online. A mobile app called Umang was also launched for settlement of claims.
