Central Railway's statement
In response to the disruption, Central Railway issued a statement: "Due to a technical issue between Thakurli and Kalyan down through line is affected from 14.28 pm. Our technical team is working on it to resume service. The inconvenience caused is regretted." Despite the chaos and inconvenience caused by the overcrowding, netizens found humor in the situation, with one user dubbing the man in the viral video as the "Frustrated employee of the year."
