Unnao: Three men drag, molest woman as another shoots video
Cops in Unnao, UP have launched a manhunt after a video surfaced of three men molesting a woman while another records it. She is heard pleading and yelling as they manhandle her and drag her into a forest. They don't even bother to cover their faces. Ignoring her cries of "Bhaiyya, mat karo" (Brother, don't do this), one threatens: "We'll make this video viral."
Trying to find the source, will take strict action: Police
According to reports, the woman was abducted from her home in Gangaghat village by the men, who took her to a forest area. In the video, they are heard abusing her and threatening to beat her with shoes. "We are trying to find the source. Once we identify the accused strictest action will be taken against them," said police officer Anoop Singh.
Unnao has been rocked by crimes against women recently
Unnao has been in the news lately for wrong reasons. In June, a nine-year-old girl was brutally raped by a 25-year-old man, who left the child bleeding. The case of BJP MLA Kuldeep Sengar gained major limelight: in April, a teenager accused him of raping her last year and using his influence to silence her. He was finally arrested days later amid public outrage.
