UP: Minor killed by grandfather on suspicion of mobile theft
A teenager was allegedly killed by his grandfather on suspicion of mobile theft in Bilgaon village of Uttar Pradesh's Bisanda district, the police said on Wednesday. Dayasagar, aged 15, was badly beaten up by his grandfather Ram Suresh on Tuesday on suspicion of mobile theft due to which he died this morning, SHO, Bisanda, Arvind Kumar Singh said.
The accused has been arrested
An FIR was registered in this regard by the victim's mother, after which the accused was arrested. The mobile was later recovered from under the pillow of the accused.
