YouTube is the 'best tutor', says UPSC topper
"It's not necessary that one enrols with a coaching institute. These days everything is available online and all one needs is the zeal and motivation to crack the test. There are many websites...if someone has a doubt, YouTube is the best tutor," said Durishetty.

Telangana candidates bagged impressive ranks
Durishetty apart, this year's UPSC results saw many candidates from Telangana bag impressive ranks.
