UP: Class 11 student shot at by two schoolmates
A Class 11 student was allegedly shot at by two of his schoolmates at Sikanderpur village of Muzaffarnagar district in Uttar Pradesh yesterday evening, police said today. The injured, Aditey Kumar, is undergoing treatment at a local hospital, informed Ram Mohan Sharma, Circle Officer, adding, one of the two students was apprehended in Muzaffarnagar. The matter is being investigated.
In another case in Muzaffarnagar, man attacks accountant
In another case that happened in Muzaffarnagar, police have arrested one Rahul Kamboj for allegedly attacking an accountant. On Sunday, Aman Bansal, an accountant working for a local industrialist, was shot at when he was returning home from an event. Kamboj was arrested after an encounter in which he suffered bullet injuries. He was booked under relevant sections of IPC, including attempt to murder.
