Holy Sh*t! UN invites Ram Rahim for World Toilet Day
The flamboyant Dera Sacha Sauda chief Gurmeet Ram Rahim Singh and his "adopted daughter" Honeypreet Insan continue to remain in high demand. The UN has invited the two to be part of the World Toilet Day celebrations. The team handling the UN_Water Twitter handle tagged the two in a tweet, not knowing that they are behind bars. The tweet was subsequently deleted.
What the tweet stated?
The now deleted tweet stated: "Dear @insan_honey, we hope you & @Gurmeetramrahim will lend your voice and support #WorldToiletDay (sic)." What's bizarre is that Ram Rahim and Honeypreet were the only two people tagged by UN_Water in its tweets. World Toilet Day is observed on November 19 every year. Ram Rahim was convicted in a rape case while Honeypreet was arrested on October 3.
UN invitation leaves Twitter baffled, amused
Congress member, Priyanka Chaturvedi tweeted: "Is Haryana government handling your account UN_Water?" Some called UN_Water a supporter of 'Baba' Ram Rahim while others considered it a "badly executed joke." One Twitter user found it amusing.
