Delhi: 2 cops shoot themselves in separate incidents
What's the story
Two Delhi Police assistant sub-inspectors allegedly shot themselves in separate incidents in Chanakyapuri and Civil Lines, respectively. In the first incident, the body of 52-year-old TP Anirudhan was found with a bullet wound in his right temple this morning. In the second incident, 54-year-old Hanuman Samay died after shooting himself in the head inside a PCR van today. Here's more.

No suicide note was found
TP Anirudhan was posted in the Third Battalion. His service pistol, a motorcycle, and a helmet were found near his body. Police said that his belongings were found intact, indicating that he was not attacked. Hanuman Samay, who was posted in the Police Control Room unit, was under depression and was undergoing treatment for the last four to five years at a hospital.
