Three Lashkar-e-Taiba (LeT) terrorists were killed in an encounter in Sopore of J&K's Baramulla district this morning.
A police jawan was also injured in the gunbattle in Amarghad, but he is stable.
At 4:30am, a joint operation was launched by CRPF's 179 Battalion, 52 RR and the J&K Police SOG. The encounter started when the holed up terrorists opened fire on the forces.

All schools and colleges in the district have been shut down after the encounter. Internet services have also been suspended in Baramulla.
