CA is an extremely tough course to pursue
One of the most common myths around the CA course is that it's extremely tough due to which many are discouraged from pursuing it. However, the truth is that CA is one of the toughest courses; one can crack the CA exams with the right preparation and hard work. One needs to work in the right direction and thoroughly understand the fundamental CA concepts.
#2: Aspirants must study for 16 hours every day
Another common myth about CA is that an aspirant must study for at least 16 hours a day in order to be able to clear the CA exams. However, one should give more preference to the quality of study rather than the number of hours.
Graduation is required; only commerce students can pursue CA
Many people have another misconception that Chartered Accountancy can be pursued only after graduation. However, one can register with ICAI to pursue the course after completing 10+2 or equivalent. Also, there is another myth around the CA course that only commerce stream students can become CAs. But students of any study stream can pursue the CA course.
