Chouhan also criticized the incumbent Jharkhand Mukti Morcha (JMM) government for allegedly allowing Bangladeshi infiltration into the state. He claimed that this infiltration was threatening jobs and livelihoods. To address this issue, he promised that a BJP government would implement a National Citizen Register (NCR). "Only the BJP government can ensure the safety of Jharkhand's soil, daughters and bread," he said.

He stated that this measure would prevent any foreign intruders from obtaining an Aadhaar card or having their name added to the voter list. "People of Jharkhand, I am here today to tell you that we will create a National Citizen Register so no foreign intruder can obtain an Aadhaar card or have their name added to the voter list," he said.
