Video: Security breach at Siddaramaiah's event, man climbs on stage
What's the story
A security breach occurred at the "International Day of Democracy" event attended by Karnataka Chief Minister Siddaramaiah on Sunday.
A man attempted to climb the stage where the CM was seated, but he was quickly intercepted and apprehended by police officers on duty.
A video from the scene shows a young man being restrained by security personnel as he tried to reach Siddaramaiah.

Man detained for attempting to garland Siddaramaiah
The individual, identified as Mahadev Nayak, was taken into custody following his attempt to approach the stage.
According to the police, Nayak was carrying a valid pass and proper identification but his actions were deemed a security breach.
"A person named Mahadev Nayak has been taken into Custody after he tried to garland shawl to CM Siddaramaiah... This was a breach," stated the Deputy Commissioner of Police (DCP).
