Delhi: Man found dead inside school
A 45-year-old man named Devi Dayal, who worked as a night watchman at a school in Seempauri area was found dead today. The body of Devi Dayal bore head injuries inflicted by a blunt object. Dayal's body was found inside a room in the school at around 9am, police said, adding that an empty liquor bottle, two glasses and food were also lying nearby.
Suicide or murder?
Dayal worked in the accounts unit of a transporter, and stayed in the school as a guard at night, the police said. There were no signs of forced entry in the room in which his body was found. CCTV footage from around the school was also being scanned. However, at this point, the cause of the death is not known.
