IIT admissions in 2017 disrupted by legal cases
This year's admission process to the IITs was marred by legal cases in the SC. A petitioner had challenged the awarding of "bonus marks" to candidates for 'misprinted' or 'wrong' questions and sought removal of grace marks. The SC later lifted stay on admissions.
