Kerala man files complaint against neighbor's rooster for disturbing sleep

In a bizarre case from Pallickal village, Kerala, an elderly man has filed a complaint against his neighbor's rooster.
The bird's crowing at 3:00am in the morning was allegedly disturbing the sleep of the elderly man, Radhakrishna Kurup.
The case was brought to the Adoor Revenue Divisional Office (RDO) by Kurup, who is already in bad health and couldn't bear the constant noise.
Investigation initiated
RDO launches investigation into rooster noise complaint
The Adoor Revenue Divisional Office (RDO) took Kurup's complaint seriously and launched an investigation.
Both Kurup and his neighbor, Anil Kumar, were summoned for discussions over the issue.
Officials also conducted an on-site inspection to assess the situation first-hand.
The inspection confirmed that Kumar kept his roosters on the upper floor of his house, which was creating a noise issue for Kurup.
Resolution ordered
RDO orders relocation of poultry shed to resolve issue
After investigating and confirming the noise issue, the RDO ordered Kumar to move his poultry shed from the upper floor of his house to the southern side of his property.
This was done to reduce noise disturbance for Kurup.
He was given 14 days to move the poultry shed, in a bid to restore Kurup's peace and comfort.
