Rajasthan: Greentech Mega Food park inaugurated in Ajmer

Union Minister Harsimrat Kaur Badal and minister Sadhvi Niranjan Jyoti on Thursday inaugurated Greentech mega food park in Ajmer's Rupangarh town (Rajasthan).
Kaur said that the park will be a central processing hub while its primary processing units will be developed in Churu, Jaipur, Tonk and Nagaru to help farmers.
Rajasthan Industry Minister Rajpal Singh and others were also present on the occasion.

Park set up at a cost of Rs. 113.57 cr
Expressing pride and delight on inaugurating the park, Kaur said that farmers would be able to associate through e-national agriculture market and can sell their produce in almost 550 mandis of the country through the park.
The park has been set up at a cost of Rs. 113.57 cr in an area of 85.44 acres, and this will benefit over 25,000 farmers, tweeted Kaur.
